Our Sinhas Story
Home is where our story begins And here is our story…
‘Sinha’s, as a real estate company dedicated to expats, was born in 2014 out of my own ‘not so nice’, cumbersome and time consuming process of finding a suitable apartment in Switzerland.
I landed in Switzerland in 2007 to work for one of the global Swiss banks and my ‘journey’ to find a suitable apartment was not easy. If you ask any other expats about their home search experience in Switzerland, the answer is not ‘amusing’. Most of the real estate agencies are indifferent and to some extent also ‘callous’. You probably would never know why your application was rejected in spite of you having a good job, no debts and nice references.
Till 2014, I was on a ‘nomadic’ residence permit ‘B’ – I was not sure when I may have to leave the country. As soon as I received the residence permit ‘C’, I decided to do something for the expats in Switzerland – for the expats, by the expats
